A Love That Will Last

A Love That Will Last

On a certain day in a certain place ; A certain woman was looking at a face And suddenly, her life of uncertainty Became a memory.

For as she listened to him she knew Something unimaginable was coming true. In the instant that she feels it start She becomes aware of the beating of her heart . And a glow of warmth between her breasts Expands with the rhythm of her breath; Becoming a golden cord unseen By anyone but her in this waking dream.

Tentative at first, from her chest it starts then extends across space to touch his heart; And as it strengthens and continues to wind All around them it tightly binds Their destiny and their lives.

Because she knows with certainty The present is the future's past , And from this moment love will last...

How To Build Trust In A Relationship

Building trust in a relationship can be very difficult depending on the circumstances. If one partner had an affair, then it may take several years to build trust in a relationship.  It can be done and marriages survive affairs but it will take time. The person who had the affair will need to apologize to his/her partner and then be prepared for that person to learn to trust them again.

But trust is something that needs to be built up in every partnership. After all you are going to share your life with this other person so you need to know that they share the same values as you do. If you are trying to build mutual reliance there are several ways of doing this:

1) Make sure your words and actions match. If you say you are going to be home at a certain time, then make sure you are or else phone in advance to explain why. It is the little gestures that define who we are.

2) Always tell the truth no matter how painful. Lies destroy every type of relationship from friendships through to marriage. Telling the truth isn't always the easy option but it is the safest. If your partner knows that you always tell the truth, they will trust you much quicker. If they hear you telling lies to others, even those that you dismiss as being small they will have less belief in you.

3) Do not keep secrets when in a relationship. Now I don't mean that you have to tell your new partner your deepest secrets but as soon as the relationship looks like it is becoming serious, it is a good time to make sure that any relevant history is out in the open.

4) You need to have faith in your partner before expecting them to return that trust. If you have to text them morning and night wondering where they are and who they are with, they are likely to think you have something to hide.

5) Don't be unrealistic. All relationships have issues even those that have been happily married for 50 years. You need to accept that being part of a couple means that you take the good times and the bad. If you bolt at the first sign of trouble, your partner is never likely to trust you.

6) Finally rely on yourself to do the right thing. You must first know yourself and trust in your ability to make the right choices before you can trust anyone else. You have to know what your own goals and aspirations are in life before you can share a meaningful existence with someone else. Somebody with a defined sense of values is more likely to trust another person as they will quickly recognize these similar values.

All good relationships are built on a number of factors so learn how to build trust in a relationship now to increase your chance of success.

A Man’s Perspective on How to Attract a Guy

A Man’s Perspective on How to Attract a Guy

In needing dating advice from men, many women are really looking to learn what makes a man tick. Furthermore, it’s easy to become discouraged in the world of dating today. Media puts so much pressure on people (women especially) to hold themselves to these unrealistic ideals of “beauty”.

According to popular magazines, a woman might only be beautiful if she is extremely thin, or has full pouty lips, or a deep, dark (and usually artificial by the way) tan. Photos of women who have been air brushed to within inches of their lives and who are often unhealthy because of the pressures of the beauty industry are the photos that real women like you compare themselves to.

As a result, women like you often become discouraged and develop a poor body image. That often snowballs into a dating life that leaves you feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. Either you are attracting the wrong kind of men, or you wind up feeling too down on yourself to even bother with dating altogether and are left wondering “will I ever find my true love?”. I would say that’s a pretty sad state of affairs, wouldn’t you?

Every Woman Has Something Beautiful About Them That Makes Them Marriage Material ( yea! )

I’m here to tell you to throw all that “ideal woman” crap out the window. Take it from a man who knows… beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. There is a man out there in this world who thinks YOU are the most beautiful woman on this planet. Don’t despair if you haven’t yet met him, because I guarantee you he is out there, just waiting to be found. You just have to be willing to look.

And it’s important to remember that while at first glimmer of interest we men might initially start looking at you in a physical way ( Men are more visual, wheres women are more audio). But the real, deeper attraction happens when we start to talk to you and get to know you better. We become attracted to the little quirks that make you unique. Maybe we love the softness of your hands, the dimple in your chin or the way you smell.

Maybe we love the way you fill out a pair of jeans, or the way your eyes crinkle up when you smile. True attraction happens on a deeper level than just looks. Real beauty isn’t just a pretty face or a perfect body. The men who are marriage material, the men you are looking for YOU; they already know this. They are looking for the beauty inside a woman. They want to find that woman that will look beyond their own flaws too and really see the man they are inside.

Because deep down, we men are concerned also. We secretly reflect on that we may never find Mrs. Right. We get nervous in initiating a conversation or asking a woman out. And just like you we want to be loved, flaws and all. The difference is we’re men. We don’t communicate those things well. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t feeling them also.

Please stop worrying about whether or not we think you’re beautiful, because chances are we think you’re beyond beautiful. We just don’t know how to say it. Take some pressure off us poor saps and initiate a conversation. Say hello :)

Rushing into a Relationship

   Rushing into a Relationship

Are you attempting to hurry into forming a relationship? This happens with some of you when you realize that most of your friends have steady partners, or that it is time for you to get married, or when you feel lonely. You tend to rush into an affair. You are willing to commit to someone despite feeling that person might not be the right match for you. This beckons future complications. Why do people behave in this manner?

Is there a solution for this problem? Experiencing the desire to be in a relationship is only natural. It is a biological occurrence and there is nothing unhealthy or immoral about it. In fact, it is an indispensable part of development. The problem creeps in when you enter a relationship to gratify some other yearnings that have no part in the actual relationship. For example, if you are faced with problems at work, at home or with your health, you may believe that getting a companion would be a solution.

You may want to escape the miserable situation you are in at present with someone else’s help and seek a happy life . This may eventually mar your relationship because you are getting into it with a load of baggage yourself. You can avoid this in two ways— either solve your problems first or ensure that your partner supports you from the onset. You must be clear about everything to your future partner and ascertain their support.

Sometimes, failing to get into a relationship repeatedly can dent your self-confidence and make you feel inadequate or unimportant. You obviously want to feel good about yourself instead of being so miserable. This may make you dash into the relationship without really thinking too much. You need a partner to prove to yourself that you are capable of attaining one. Hence you may easily end up choosing the wrong person and subsequently hurt both yourself and the other.

Never go into a relationship based on such reasons. Before beginning a relationship, carefully examine your own self, your requirements, and find out what kind of qualities you seek in a partner. Only when you are sure of these aspects should you start looking for the right individual for yourself. This is the safest and surest way to attain bliss and happiness in love and in life.
